Suns guard Bradley Beal leaves Lakers game early

Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal left Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers early due to left hamstring tightness.
Beal played 15 minutes in the first half and scored four points on 2-of-6 shooting. He also had two rebounds, one turnover and one foul.
Beal has missed 20 games this season.
Collin Gillespie started the second half in place of the injured Beal as the Suns trailed the Lakers 54-37 following the break.
Lakers star Luka Doncic had 17 points at half to match the combined scoring output of Beal, Devin Booker and Kevin Durant.
